Description of Space:
Approximately 46,080 square feet has been dedicated to office space in the redevelopment of Mendota Plaza. It is an integral part of the 21.1 acre Mendota Plaza, a mixed use development to be comprised of 82,000 square feet of retail/restaurants, 46,000 square feet of office space, a 10,000 square feet childcare facility, and 100,000 square feet containing 100 units of senior housing, all surrounding a 2.5 acre park-like open space. Design standards have been developed to ensure that all of the various components will be in harmony with each other to create a cohesive overall development.
Furthermore, the existing parcels topography allows the office building to be positioned with the first floor nearly at street level and allows the structured parking at the level of the east roadway (East elevation). This allows for better visibility of the surrounding areas from both office floors.
This will be a high quality, stand alone, well located facility that will also fit well with other elements of the overall Mendota Plaza mixed-use development, providing for synergy with both on-site and off-site adjacent entities.
