Description of Space:
The new 7,600 square foot restaurant building located just south of Highway 110 will feature outdoor patio seating that overlooks a water fountain in the nearby pond. This building will have an abundance of customer parking and a convenient access provided by the newly constructed right-in-right-out turn lane off of Highway 110.
There are office parks and schools in the surrounding area, and a daytime population of 47,000 people in an under-served market for dining in Mendota Heights. The landscaping will be lush around the attractive exterior building design and there is also a monument sign available for one or two restaurants that could possibly share this building.
