Description of Space:

Mendota Plaza will be creating new space for retail and service users to take advantage of in this high income market.  In a two mile radii ring of Mendota Plaza the average household earns more than $108,000.  Additionally, this building will have an abundance of customer parking available and convenient access that will be provided by the newly constructed right-in-right-out turn lane off of Highway 110 into the shopping center.

In the coming months, remodeling of the existing 48,000 square foot building will begin along with major parking and landscape improvements, both of which are planned to be completed by spring 2010.  The existing building currently has a very high visibility facing Dodd Road.  The new, high traffic Walgreens drug store will be located next to the existing building.
